During the pandemic, I had a moment of reckoning—not a breakdown, a breakthrough.

All the events, the networking, the runaround…it went away. What came next was a hard reset.

I realized: I'm not in this for the badge. I'm in it for the team.
So I got back on the volleyball court. Tuesdays and Wednesdays—non-negotiable. That's my reminder to leave work.

And guess what?
On those days, I get more done in less time.
Because productivity busy.
Because ownership ego.
Because discipline = freedom.
